Poster Board is need in class by Monday Feb.6.  We will make folders for student work.  Students will create a design on the front and back of their folders>  This will include a border, their names, class, and semester date.

Art Supplies for Eighth Grade

Soft drawing pencil (Choose one:  4B, 5B, or 6B)

Hard drawing pencil ( choose one:  4H, 5H, or 6H)

 

Three:  #2 (HB, 2B) pencils

Block Eraser (white plastic is best)

Colored Pencils

Pencil Sharpener, small container for shavings

One sheet of poster board or 50 cents.

Spiral Sketchbook (approx. 9x12) 50-100 pages

 

Ruler

Glue (white, not school)

Color Markers (wide, washable)

Two Fine-tip black pens

Watercolors

Box of “Kleenex” for the classroom

 

Shoebox or plastic box ----

for everything but the sketchbook.

 

Label everything with permanent marker!!!

 

Final Exam:  Portfolio Review appointment with your parent(s).  Written response about the time spent together.  This is due the last week of the semester.  This is a graded assignment.
